One of my favorite parts of running Bundled is getting to collaborate with clients who care just as much about the why behind a gift as the gift itself. Every project brings a new challenge, a new story to tell and sometimes, a little magic.
This gifting moment had all of that and more. When a client came to us with plans for a company cruise to celebrate their incredible employees, they wanted to kick things off with a branded welcome gift that was not only fun and memorable, but actually usable for the trip ahead. We were instantly onboard (pun fully intended).

We worked closely with the client’s team to stay within budget while maximizing customization and quality. They gave us their brand palette, logo files, and full trust to source the best possible products. From there, we got to work creating a collection that was stylish, sunny, and unforgettable.
The Bundle Breakdown: What Went Inside
Here’s what we included in each custom corporate cruise gift bag:
- 40 oz logoed tumbler with straw: Hydration was key on this trip, so we went with a generously sized, trendy tumbler in the client’s brand color, complete with their logo front and center.
- Custom logoed sunglasses: Sleek, summer-ready shades that tied into the brand’s colors and made for the perfect photo-op accessory.
- Lightweight Turkish towel: Packable, absorbent, and effortlessly stylish—these towels doubled as a beach essential and airplane blanket.
- Personalized captain’s hat : A major fan favorite: each employee received a white and navy captain’s hat embroidered with their first name as “Captain [Name].” Talk about a conversation starter.
- Logoed cooler tote: This roomy, zippered cooler bag held everything together and could be reused for beach days, weekend errands, or summer outings. Practical and branded to perfection.
- Custom-designed welcome card: We included a colorful, on-theme card that welcomed employees aboard and celebrated the company’s culture of recognition and adventure.
Each piece was coordinated to match the company’s brand palette, nothing was off-tone or generic. It’s these little details that elevate a gifting experience from “nice” to “totally unforgettable.”
Execution & Delivery: Logistics on Lock
Once all the pieces were finalized and produced, we packaged the bundles in bulk and shipped directly to the client for easy on-site distribution. This made it seamless for the client’s team to hand out the totes as employees arrived, no last-minute scrambling or shipping surprises.
Our team managed every step: product sourcing, branding, personalization, print materials, and fulfillment. The client got to focus on celebrating their team, we handled the rest.
